Delete Your Anvila Account

Anvila allows users to permanently delete their account and all associated personal data at any time. Once deleted, your profile, portfolio items, media, and contact details will be permanently removed from our systems.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly through the Anvila app or by sending an email request.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

This is the fastest way to delete your data. Deletion happens immediately upon confirmation.

  1. Open the Anvila app.
  2. Go to your Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom to the "Dangerous Zone" section.
  4. Tap on "Delete My Account".
  5. Confirm your decision in the popup. Your account and all associated media will be deleted instantly.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion via email:

  1. Send an email to: anvila.app@gmail.com using the subject line “Delete My Account”.
  2. Include the email address associated with your Anvila account.
  3. Email requests are processed within 30 days.

What Data Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is removed permanently:

Data Retention

No personal profile data or media is retained after deletion. For security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, some non-identifiable technical data (such as server logs or crash reports) may be retained for up to 30 days.
